What is shown on the maps as Lot 7 is in fact the combination of Lot 6 and Lot 7. Separately these lots were both very nice, but combined they form one of the most private and incredible building sites on the lake! Just the drive to get to the lot is postcard worthy. The lot is located near the end of Memory Lane, which winds you through the woods and over a wooden bridge before getting to the lot. Once you get to the lot you get to enjoy unmatched privacy. Nearly 2 acres of wooded land and 487' of frontage that forms a point on the western finger of Clearwater Lake. Being on the north shoreline, the building site still has southern exposure, but the point also allows views to the east and to the west. To the west is a view of a quiet bay at the western most tip of the lake where the loons can often be found. To the east is a view almost a mile long of larger portion of the lake. The frontage isn't sandy like the other featured lots, but once you get to the end of your dock, the ground is sandy and firm. The water does get deeper quickly so fishing and swimming off the end of the pier would still make the shoreline very usable. If having a private setting and an amazing building site are high on your priority list, you will definitely want to take a look at Lot 7.
